Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel a binding booking reservation, please consider that a cancellation fee will be charged. The amount of cancellation fee depends on the cancellation date before date of arrival. By 3 months before the agreed date of arrival the guest is not liable to pay a cancellation fee.

Outside the period the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:

3 months until 31 days before the date of arrival 40 % of the total agreed price;
30 days until 8 days before the date of arrival 70 % of the total agreed price;
Within the last week 90 % of the total agreed price.

If you are prevented from arriving at the hotel on the date of arrival since this is impossible due to unforeseeable extraordinary events (e.g. extreme snowfall, floods etc.) the same regulations are applied from our tems and conditions.

Please be aware that a written cancellation is only valid when you received a confirmation!

That's how you can cancel without fees

In order to prevent you from cancellation fees we explicitely recommend you to insure yourself by a cancellation assurance which accounts about 5,5% from the arrangement price. You can fix up the cancellation assurance right here:
