From March 19th to 21st March 2027, the WIM Hof Adventure Days will be held in Gurgl. Our certified trainers Flo Mausser & Martina Sowinz invite participants to experience the power of breathing, cold, and mental focus amidst the Tyrolean Alps. Building on the Wim Hof Method, the weekend combines breathing techniques, cold training, movement sessions, and nature experiences. Due to the altitude, the panorama, and the special energy of the location Obergurgl, the WIM Hof Days become an intense, sustainably effective experience.
DAY 1 - FRIDAY: Hohe Mut Alm Basics Workshop
Optional - 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM: First Line – Skiing before the ski area awakens | Guided Skiing
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Introduction to the Wim Hof Method | Mindset & Commitment | Theoretical part on breathing techniques | Guided Wim Hof breath
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch at Hohe Mut Alm
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Theory & In-depth Cold Training | Guided Ice Bath | Warm-up Exercise | Questions and Answers | Discussion for the next day
DAY 2 - SATURDAY: River Experience
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM at Gurgl CARAT: Movement Session | Guided Breathing Session
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Ice Bathing in the River (Gurgler Ache) | Warm-up | Break or lunch at Hotel Edelweiß and relaxation
2:00 PM - 3:30 PM at Gurgl CARAT: Theoretical part on Wim Hof Power Breathing | Guided Wim Hof Power Breathing
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Sunset Ice Bath at Top Mountain Star at 3,080 m | Alternatively Hotel Edelweiß Terrace (weather dependent)
DAY 3 - SUNDAY: Winter Hike in Swimwear
