Reasons for holiday cancellation:
1. illness, accident, death of the insured person making the booking or their family members
2. serious damage to the property of the insured person
3. loss of the place of work
4. call-up of insured person to basic military service
5. divorce
6. failure to pass school-leaving certificate examination
7. receipt of unexpected judical summons to court

Please note that insurance must be booked at the same time as hotel booking, at the latest 5 working days after hotel booking. If insurance is booked later, insurance cover commences on 10th day after insurance booking.
