General terms and conditions

Cancellation policy: Booking cancellations are only valid if received in writing. No cancellation fee will apply to bookings cancelled up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date. Guests who provide a minimum of 3 months notice of cancellation will be refunded the full deposit minus any handling charges. Cancellation between 3 months to 1 month of the agreed arrival date will be charged 40% of the entire package price. Guests who cancel between 1 month to 1 week prior to the agreed arrival date will be charged 70% of the entire package price. Cancellation in the final week before the agreed arrival date will be charged 90% of the entire package price.

The same rules apply for late arrivals and early departures, regardless of circumstance. A handling fee will be deducted from any deposit received. Please note: a member of staff will be happy to offer advice on cancellation insurance.

Please notify us by phone if you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm on the agreed arrival date, otherwise we will not be able to guarantee the booked accommodation. Guests are required to vacate the room by 10:00 am on the agreed departure date.
We ask for credit card details and the relevant expiry date for down payment and booking.
Reservations are only valid with detailed information of your credit card, number and expiration date to deduct deposit or cancellation fee. Bookings can only be confirmed on this basis. Should the price on the reservation form vary from the price listed, the listed price will always apply.

Weather conditions can affect the opening times of the hotel.

Bookings are subject to Austrian Hotel Regulations.
